I started working with Michele because I was ready to get focused on my strength training again after some back issues. I’ve trained 1:1 with trainers before so I’m not new to this type of workout but I really love Michele’s emphasis on the positive and proper form which equals safety-especially coming from an injured back. She gave really great meal ideas and had me doing something different each and every session and I kept getting stronger and stronger! I look forward to continuing training with Michele! I highly recommend even if you’re new to strength training.
Going through both COVID and the extreme grief I was experiencing after losing someone so special to me and my children, I had admittedly “let myself go” through dealing with depression and anxiety, I just couldn’t seem to push myself to get my health and fitness back. I woke up one day and decided I needed to make a change so I could be the best version of myself for both me and my kids.
Then I found Michele, we chatted, I told her my struggles and we made a plan. Through this all I have learned that it’s ok to focus on me and that focusing on my health helps me be the best version of me for those in my life. Working with Michele wasn’t just about physical fitness, but about the mind health, food habits and how the they are all connected. Through the 12 weeks, I improved my physical fitness and saw amazing results both visually and through the strength I developed by changing my food habits and exercise, but also experienced a huge change in my moods, energy, attitude and it’s helped me almost eliminate my anxiety symptoms.
