Happy Wednesday! Let's be real here, you're not always going to feel motivated so it's important to learn how to tap into your inner self to unleash motivation when your not feeling it. I get asked this question a lot.. "How do you stay motivated?" My answer is simple, motivation is not something you find, it's something that you create. And so today, I'm want to share with you 3 important things that can help you increase your motivation. First, take the pressure off. We often lack motivation because we think we have to do everything overnight. This can lead to overwhelm. Instead, do one small thing everyday that leads you towards your bigger goals and you will stay motivated. My next tip is all about being your highest or best self. If it feels easy, fun, and natural then it will move the needle and if it’s not, then it’s taking me out of motivation and it’s blocking me. And my last tip.. I measure my success in whatever I’m doing by how much fun I’m having. If I'm successful, I’m doing something that motivates me. Motivation comes from JOY so lean into that.
