I always say this to my ladies on a Monday, make the decision to have a great week.
I know that’s not always possible because some things are not in your control, but what’s in your control is just doing one thing each day for yourself – whether that’s 1 min, 5 mins, 10 mins, or if you’re lucky 15 mins!
15 minutes in 24 hours.
You can do that because you deserve that!
This will start to help you feel like you are in control and not just chasing your tail!
So decide today that this is going to be a great week and a great day.
