I’m here to tell you that it IS possible!!
You’re never too old and it’s not too late.
Our bodies need proper fuel from whole foods, regular meals, good sleep and balanced training to create an optimal hormone state that supports our body, not put more stress on it.
Things that we have learned or been taught aren’t necessarily the answers. Like low carb or no carb diets.. carbs aren’t the enemy (that’s for another day). So many of us have had to learn this the hard way. But experience is a good teacher!
You don’t have to drive yourself into the ground exercising every day. And you deserve to eat!!! More workouts and less food do not equal more results.
